Creative director Courtney Ogilvie launched Les Tien in December 2018 as an outlet for her vision of high end sportswear, quickly finding a number of celebrity admirers, ranging from Hailey Bieber and Kylie Jenner to James Harden and Nick Jonas. As the brand grows, it introduces a sophisticated array of laid-back looks each season, with Spring/Summer 2020 demonstrating the most developed styling thus far.
Having cut her teeth working with luxury street-leaning labels like Fear of God, Ogilvie knows how to elevate everyday essentials into covetable classics. Laid-back sweatsuits are executed in jewel tones and dusty neutrals, while wardrobe essentials, like mock-neck T-shirts, sweatshorts and hoodies, are cut boxy for maximum comfort. Patchwork detailing and delicate textiles — like baby corduroy used for shirting — lends the understated items an air of sophistication, underlined by pajama-like overshirts and knee-length coats.
Until the collection hits stores early next year, shop the wares at Les Tien’s web store and at stockists like Barneys New York.
