All of the Los Angeles area’s Michelin star recipients for 2019 and where to find them
Now that the dust has settled on what was an up and down announcement for this year’s all-California Michelin Guide, it’s time to take another look at all the winners. There are more than two dozen one and two-star entrants for the 2019 big red book (no threes were awarded in Southern California), representing a decent swath of the city from Encino all the way down to Orange County. The list of winners certainly still skews towards things like Japanese food, but there are more than a few Katos, Rustic Canyons, and Trois Mecs on the list as well. Here are all of 2019’s Michelin star winners for greater Los Angeles, mapped from north to south.
