KAPITAL‘s bandana layering pieces are at the forefront of the summer’s bandana print trend, demonstrating the Japanese brand’s skill at reimagining bold patterns within its own distinct worldview. The recent bandana-printed baseball caps are even more accessible than its outerwear, transforming a heat-beating staple into a seasonal statement piece.
Available in five colors — red, blue, purple, green and black — the bold headgear is a playful subversion of some famous baseball cap companies, replacing the branding sticker on the brim with Kapital’s signature smiley face imagery. Contrasting sections of bandana-printed cotton are layered into each six panel design, complete with a flat brim stitched with another smiley face tag. Inside, the hat boasts a polyester lining and an adjustable velcro strap to allow for a customizable fit.
The bandana-printed hats are currently available on KAPITAL’s site for ¥13,824 JPY (approximately $130 USD).
Recently, KAPITAL delivered its denim-centric take on the summer-friendly bucket hat.
