There was a time in my life when virtually every summer outfit involved my trusted pair of denim shorts. But as I’ve gotten older and my personal style has gotten more polished, denim shorts have lost a bit of their appeal. Don’t get me wrong. There’s still a time and place where you’ll find me in denim cutoffs, but I’ve found myself itching to branch out from them more and more.
