With Hedi Slimane taking the creative role at Celine, we’ve seen major changes to the house’s style on the runway and in stores. One year into his new role, the designer is now making his perfume debut for the luxury house.
This is the first time Celine is showcasing a new scent – according to WWD, the fragrance license belonged to Interparfums until 2011 when it was returned to LVMH, and the brand hasn’t introduced any new perfumes since. Slimane had previously released a line of scents during his time at Dior Homme.
First teased on Instagram with a cryptic image and video, the new fragrance is dubbed "La Collection Celine Haute Parfumerie." While not much information has been unveiled yet, it seems to arrive in in three metallic mold parts. Take a first look at the teased visuals below, and stay tuned as more details surface.
