Kieran Hebden, better known as Four Tet, has dropped his latest track titled "Only Human," released under his KH alias. "Only Human" samples the classic Nelly Furtado hit "Afraid," reworking the original into a club-ready new track.
Speaking on "Only Human," Hebden explained that "the Nelly Furtado track was playing in the kitchen and I heard that chanting vocal at the end and it just came into my head to use that bit to make a track to DJ with. I made it that day and then soon after I played it at Rainbow Disco Club in Japan and it was big so I sent it to Ben UFO.
"He played it a bunch said it was big too and the track ID people were going crazy. I sent it to Peggy Gou and Joy O and Midland and we were all playing it out and everyone was hyped at the festivals and sending me mad videos. After I got sent this Instagram video with the crowd at Dekmantel I decided I should try and release it so I called Ministry of Sound to help make that happen.”
