Five-Story, 90-Unit Development Takes Shape in Glendale
The project will feature ground-floor medical offices.
In Glendale, construction is underway for a mixed-use development near the intersection of Colorado Street and Pacific Avenue.
The five-story building, now taking shape at 525 Colorado Street, will feature 90 one- and two-bedroom apartments atop approximately 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 1,000 square feet of restaurant space.
