Last week, Converse added a psychedelically-tinged run of tie-dye Chuck 70s to the brand’s Spring/Summer 2019 lineup, supplying a forward-thinking interpretation of the standard spring and summer colors. Continuing to expand that seasonal range, the manufacturer is serving up a trio of new takes on the beloved Jack Purcell silhouette for its latest Spring/Summer 2019 addition, reworking the style using eye-catching, vibrant tones and premium, unique fabrics.
Specifically, Converse has produced Orange, Washed Lilac/Totally Blue and Egret/Black/Egret versions of the new Jack Purcell Burnished Low Top for the Spring/Summer 2019 lineup. For the construction of the sneakers, the designers employed luxe two-tone suede materials to craft each pair, allowing for a contemporary luxury spin on timeless footwear; a sturdy rubber sole makes up the bottom of each shoe, while a comfortable OrthoLite insole can be found inside. The notable, standout feature of the burnished suede used for the production of these latest Jack Purcells is the substance’s ability to change color throughout the various stages of wear and tear, allowing for a "more ombre" look with time. Lastly, signature "smile" branding adorns the toe cap, adding another striking, attention-grabbing attribute to these sneakers.
You can take a look at all three colorways of Converse’s new Jack Purcell Burnished Suede Low Top sneaker above, and head on over to the company’s official website to purchase your own pair. The Jack Purcell Burnished Suede Low Top for Converse’s Spring/Summer 2019 collection carries a price-tag of $80 USD.
