Burberry presents its Fall/Winter 2019 pre-collection campaign designed by Riccardo Tisci, offering a showcase of traditional tailoring and reworked heritage staples.
Standout formal looks from the campaign include the black topstitch-detailed coat, the pinstriped wool suit and a camel colored cashmere single breasted coat. Each modernizes the traditional Burberry aesthetic, while pieces such as the orange oversized-print silk puffer scarf, the khaki nylon take on the classic trench coat and a Thomas Burberry Monogram-printed jacket spotlight the label’s more contemporary offerings.
Tisci said of his collection in a press release, "I wanted this collection to be a continuation of the story I began to tell in September with my debut Burberry collection. I’m focusing on establishing our codes through archive prints, house colors and iconic outerwear, while cementing the new themes I set out in my first season, including the Thomas Burberry Monogram, evening wear and tailoring."
