Well, that was fast.
Less than a year after buying a pad at 432 Park Avenue, pop star Jennifer Lopez and former New York Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez have listed the unit for $17.5 million.
The A-list couple paid $15.3 million in February 2018, records show.
Accessible by private elevator, the 4,000-square-foot unit has three bedrooms, library and 29-foot by 29-foot corner living and dining room with Central Park views. The Modlin Group’s Adam Modlin has the listing, according to StreetEasy.
Page Six first reported news of the listing.
Last year, developers Macklowe Properties and CIM Group said sales at the super-tall surpassed $2 billion. But as the luxury market has cooled, <a href=”https://therealdeal.com/2018/04/04/leaving-so-soon-resales-abound-at-432-park/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>a number of resales</a> have popped up at the building.
Earlier this month, a half-floor sponsor unit closed for $29.5 million — a discount from the $40.5 million asking price.
In October, Alex von Furstenberg, the son of fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg and stepson of billionaire Barry Diller, <a href=”https://therealdeal.com/2018/10/19/diane-von-furstenbergs-prince-son-buys-432-park-avenue-pad/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>bought a unit for $10.75 million</a>.
