Suits are pretty baller, no? I imagine if I wore a suit, I wouldn’t slouch so much, or I’d have a little more strut to my step. Plus, a suit provides the same convenience of getting dressed as a romper or jumpsuit: You just throw the thing on and that’s about it. No need to sort out what matches what, or if this goes with that. (Okay, picking out shoes and a top might be a tiny bit time-consuming, but as the photo above shows, a T-shirt and sneakers is the best/easiest option.)
Considering how many fashion people already have a suit in their possession, I’m kind of itching for one of my own, and this version from Ganni would be the perfect addition to my wardrobe for a few reasons. One, I can’t do the candy-colored suit trend, and this pinstriped style is much more on-brand for me. Two, the slightly loose fit of both the jacket and pant suggests that it’s more comfortable than stuffy. And three, I can definitely see myself wearing each item on its own — teaming them with plenty of other items in my closet — which means that it would be a worthy investment.
If only the holidays hadn’t already passed so that I could add these to my wish list.
