Kreutzmann, whose full name is William Kreutzmann Jr., co-founded the Grateful Dead in the ’60s and stayed with the band for all of its 30-year career. Their hits include “Touch of Grey,” “Casey Jones” and “Ripple,” and they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994.
