It’s playoff time in the NFL and perhaps the best game of Wild Card weekend is the rematch between the Los Angeles Chargers and Baltimore Ravens in Baltimore. It’s two QBs from completely different generations with 37-year-old veteran Philip Rivers taking on 21-year-old rookie Lamar Jackson, a top-10 offense against the No. 1 defense and a battle between two of the biggest Super Bowl sleepers in the AFC.
The game itself will be intriguing in every aspect, which means every prop bets on the board could be intriguing. Here are five of the best ones for Sunday’s Wild Card game .
5. Baltimore Ravens to Have 1st Field Goal (-112)

The Ravens have had a creative yet effective offense with Jackson under center, but they’ve been shockingly bad in the red zone. They’re just 10-of-23 with Jackson as the starter and 1-of-7 in the last two games. The offense can move the ball, but more often than not they rely on Justin Tucker to score the points.
4. Away Team (Chargers) Total Points: Over 20 (-106)

This is likely going to be a close game, as the spread favors the Ravens by three points according to FanDuel Sportsbook, but each team should reach about 20 points this time around. The Chargers were caught by surprise when the two teams played a couple weeks ago, but they now have a whole game’s worth of tape to watch in preparation. The Bolts’ offense will look at what Cleveland did against the Ravens last week and should be able to move the ball and rack up at least 20 points this time around.
3. Gus Edwards Rushing Yards: Over 58.5 (-108)

Since taking over as the starter in Week 11, rookie Gus Edwards has had more than 60 yards rushing in every single game. His worst game was 67 yards against the Kansas City Chiefs and he’s gone over 100 yards three different times. Against the Chargers in Week 16, he had 92 yards rushing. Even with Kenneth Dixon also getting carries, the Ravens rushing attack is just that potent that Edwards should top 60 yards in this one.
2. Lamar Jackson to Rush for 100+ Yards & Baltimore Ravens to Win (+245)

Pretty much if Jackson runs for 100 yards, the Ravens will win so it makes sense to put the two together. If Baltimore wants to come out on top they’ll need big plays from Jackson on the ground and the other members of the Baltimore running game. He’s only gone over 100 yards once this season, but they’ll be pulling out all the stops to win on Sunday.
1. Philip Rivers to Throw for 300+ Yards & Los Angeles Chargers to Win (+350)

On the other side this is how the Chargers will potentially win this game. They had trouble moving the ball against the Ravens in Week 16, but the Browns might have shown the Chargers how to move the ball against this Baltimore defense. Cleveland QB Baker Mayfield threw for 376 yards and three touchdowns in a loss, but if Rivers can get over 300 yards then the Chargers will likely come out with a win in Baltimore.
