A mixed-use development featuring single-family homes and street-fronting commercial space is moving forward in Anaheim.
The project, which comes from the Miami-based Lennar Corporation, would rise from a currently vacant 7.1-acre site at the northeast corner of Anaheim Boulevard and La Palma Avenue. Plans call for 108 townhomes and 54 duplexes – totaling 162 residential units – as well as a recreation facility with a swimming pool and a spa, and ground-floor retail at Anaheim and La Palma.

The La Palma development’s townhomes – marketed as “Palmilla” – will be built out over six phases. The duplexes, called “Brisa,” will be built in seven phases. Model units are expected to launch early this year, with subsequent phases following every 30 days.
Lennar expects to complete construction of La Palma in 2021.
