adidas Originals continues to rework its NMD R1 silhouette, this time around seeing a trio of speckled and tape tweaked Boost-equipped sneakers drop for Spring/Summer 2019.
The "Speckle Pack" sees white, black and red pairs of the soft textile-mesh wrapped NMD R1 pair up with premium touches of suede and contrasting sole plugs that are set off with the all-new speckle print. Suede also appears on the heel and is overlayed with the classic NMD rubberized heel tab and pull tab, which features text that continues to wrap around and define the sleek silhouette.
A tape of multilingual typography has been inserted between the two speckle-adorned sole plugs, and continues to section the shoe into its unique components, outlining the contrasting heel and wrapping across the vamp and down alongside the tonal three stripes.
The adidas NMD R1 "Speckle Pack" is set to release on April 4 at adidas retailers and on adidas.com for $130 USD.
