Seven months after we last dropped by, the wood-and-concrete frame of a mixed-use development from Holland Partner Group is taking shape near the L.A. Waterfront.
Located at 550-560 S. Palos Verdes Street, the project will consist of a seven-story building containing 375 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments above 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
