119-Unit Development Planned in North Hollywood
Mixed-use development to rise at site of Debbie Reynolds’ former dance studio.
In November 2017, the North Hollywood property that was once Debbie Reynolds’ dance studio sold to investor Alan Kleinman for $6.1 million. A filing made last week with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning sheds light on his plans for the 19,000-square-foot site.
